I have spent the last 15 years planning events. Weddings, corporate retreats, festivals, golf tournaments, and parties of all kinds. But celebrations are my passion, and there is no greater celebration than a wedding!
I love organizing hotel room blocks and transportation timelines as much as I love picking linens and designing tablescapes. I get irrationally excited about invitation suites and creative guest books ideas. I cry every time a bride is about to walk down the aisle. I believe that SHOUT is the best wedding song EVER. I know that everyone, no matter what their visions are or budget is, deserves the wedding of their dreams.
At your wedding, I will be a task master, a confidant, a seamstress, a waitress, a meteorologist, an electrician and a dance floor bully - but I will also get hungry and can't promise that I won't sneak in a few bites of wedding cake!
ABOUT KATE, THE REGULAR PERSON
I love party dresses and giant turtleneck sweaters. I believe that everyday love stories are the best stories. I am a TERRIBLE dancer. I keep my life in order with a paper calendar and post its. I don't think you can ever have too many cozy blankets, throw pillows, coasters or serving trays. I love New England - the mountains, the beaches, the cities, the suburbs. But mostly, I can't wait to meet you!

THE PROCESS
When we work together, every step of the process is an important (and fun) one, from our very first meeting, to brainstorming design ideas, to coordinating the master wedding weekend timeline. I will help you find the perfect venue, align you with vendors to match your style, aesthetic, and budget and work with all parties to bring your wedding vision to life. I manage all of the details so that you can enjoy the fun parts of wedding planning – picking colors, choosing your dress, and showing up without a worry on the big day - to enjoy what's truly important!
For most couples it is the first time that they are embarking on their wedding planning journey. There will be moments of total excitement and moments of total panic. My hope is that I can help navigate your way through the planning process, answer the questions you didn't even know you had and be there on the day so that you can relax and have a blast at the best party of your life. My goal is to create a day full of love, beauty, and personality that you and all of your friends and family will remember for a lifetime.
